Responsibilities include:

  • Retail product sales and recommendations
  • Introduce customers to the ARCONA brand
  • Maintain an efficient, pristine counter and personal ARCONA image
  • Advise and teach clients custom-fit skin care
  • Grow the business through the creation of new ARCONA clients
  • Build brand loyalty through follow up contacts and maintaining client relationships
  • Light administrative duties

The right candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven retail sales and skincare experience
  • Ability to understand and deliver Nordstrom level customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to listen well and uncover client skincare needs
  • Extensive ARCONA product and skincare knowledge
  • A positive, warm and accessible attitude
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software

Experience with skin care and strong customer service skills are a must. Position has huge potential for learning and growth in a dynamic atmosphere with a brand on the move.

Hourly wage ranges from $18 - $25/hour depending on region and applicants particular sales and skin care retail experience. Licensed estheticians preferred but not required.
