The ARCONA Studio, Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a qualified, professional and enthusiastic individual to join our growing family. The ARCONA Studio is a very unique skin care spa, which is patronized by the Hollywood elite and has a loyal and growing following throughout the Los Angeles area.

We are looking for a licensed massage / body therapist who is available for evening and weekend shifts (schedule flexibility a plus). Strong work ethic and team player attitude a must!

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

  • 600 classroom hours minimum

  • One + year massage experiencee in spa environment

  • Direct customer care experience (spa, retail sales preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Flexible schedule

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a National Training Executive to support our Director of Sales with account education, follow up and sell-through.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct thorough, impactful launch education seminars individually and in a group setting

  • Organize and execute successful appointment-driven events

  • Work one on one with clients to build brand loyalty and awareness

  • Motivate selling teams via on floor selling and coaching

  • Build solid relationships with retail partner management and selling teams

  • Communicate daily with Director of Sales to evaluate status of each account and make recommendations for growth and change

  • Ability to follow ARCONA standards and educational formats at all times

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

  • Esthetician License and Expertise in Skin Care

  • Solid track record as an Educator

  • Excellent Selling Skills

  • Effective Communication Skills

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Positive Attitude and Flexible Approach

  • Ability to travel (60 – 75%) and work weekends as required
