Shipping Methods and Rates

Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS for International Orders

• UPS Next Day Air

• UPS 2nd day Air

• UPS 3 Day Select

• USPS

Our system will make the appropriate shipping methods available, based on your shipping address.

Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)

UPS does not deliver to USPS P.O. Boxes. Please use an address where your package can be signed for; such as a business address, a friend or a UPS Store.

Once you have added your items to the shopping cart and started the checkout process our system will display available shipment methods and prices.

Order processing

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will not be processed until the next business day.

Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order:

• West Coast - 2 to 5 business days

• Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days

• East Coast - 5 to 8 business days

UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

For Overnight shipping all orders must be received by 2:00PM PST.
