Great product, horrible packaging

I've loved using this product for several years now. However, my most recent purchase had the new packaging. Within two uses, the pump stopped working, and there's no way to get the product out. I've also had issues, although not as severe, with the new bottles on other items as well. Please more thoroughly test these new pumps! They're awful and are turning me off of Arcona products.

Magic Dry Ice is it! this goes on so comfortably, never causes irritation or breakouts and keeps my skin happy all day. I was introduced to Arcona while visiting a friend in Las Vegas 4 years ago. Loved the White Tea Cleanser and Cranberry Gommage and have ordered them several times in the past few years. I have a severe non celiac gluten allergy and my skin is very sensitive and prone to hyperpigmentation and rosacea. I tried a few other Arcona products initially that didn’t really work for me with respect to anti-aging, etc., and I kept going back to my old standby (very expensive brand) for hydration/anti-aging products. In the last year I haven’t seen as good of results as I once did from my standby and decided to look around again. I follow a lot of beauty bloggers and Arcona Magic Dry Ice and Youth Serum kept popping up so I thought I would give them both a try. I am so glad I tried! My skin has not felt this soft and smooth and looked so evenly toned in probably two years. I was particularly drawn to the MDI as it specifically mentioned tyrosinase inhibitors which I knew would help with my redness and melasma. Bonus is that both these products are about half the cost of my “standby.” Love the texture and smell of MDI as well.
