Q. Which ARCONA products are/are not safe to use when pregnant or nursing?
A. We generally tell our clients to avoid products with retinol or salicylic acid when pregnant or nursing. However, you should always check with your doctor to ensure any skincare is safe while pregnant or nursing. These are the products that currently contain retinol or salicylic acid: Golden Grain Gommage, AM Blemish Lotion, PM Blemish Lotion, Vitamin A Complex, Tabula Rasa, Tabula Rasa Pads, Advanced “A” Serum, Peptide Hydrating Complex, The Eyes Have It, Eye Dew Plus, Raspberry Clarifying Bar, Raspberry Clarifying Pads, Raspberry Resurfacing Peel, Fruit Enzyme Body Scrub, Wrinkle Repair GF Complex, Sunsations Mineral Makeup, Brightening Drops.
Q. Is ARCONA vegan?
A. Yes, most of the ARCONA skincare line is vegan! We have 2 products that currently contain honey: Hydrating Serum, and Instant Magic Reversal Serum.

Q. What is the Signature Contouring Treatment?
A. The Signature Contouring Facial is a proprietary treatment utilizing unique facial massage and stimulation to achieve a lifted and sculpted look to the face and neck. It’s a natural alternative to plastic surgery and/or fillers, and is available exclusively at The ARCONA Studio.
Q. Do you offer samples of your products?
A. We feel that sampling a product is the best possible way to determine if it’s the right fit for your skin. When available, we love to send samples with orders, so that you can try something new!
Q. Are your products gluten-free?
A. All ARCONA products are Gluten-Free with the exception of the Golden Grain Gommage (this contains oats, not gluten, so there may be a small chance of cross contamination).
Q. Are your products cruelty-free?
A. Yes! All ARCONA products have been certified as Leaping Bunny Cruelty Free by the CCIC. This is a voluntary pledge that we make to clear animal testing from all stages of product development. Q. What is the product shelf life?
A. All ARCONA products have a shelf life of 2 years, but we suggest using your skincare right away to get the freshest and most efficacious products.
Q. How do I store my products?
A. We suggest storing your products in a cool dry place, such as a medicine cabinet or shelf away from heat and moisture. It’s ideal to keep your products out of the shower. Refrigeration is not necessary, but if you like to keep your products cool, you can store them in the door of your fridge.
