Briana’s Smoothie

One thing we’re loving during our time in quarantine is making yummy smoothies! They’re easy to make and great for getting in your fruits, healthy fats, and fiber. We had our friend, personal trainer, and chef whip up this delicious and nutritious smoothie:


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 scoop of Maca (25cc)
  • 1 scoop of Cacao powder (55cc)
  • 1 tbsp of Reishi mushroom powder
  • 2 cups of oat milk

Blend and top off with shredded coconut and cacao nibs.

Optional: Pour in some lemon coconut yogurt

  • 1/2  can of coconut cream
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Pinch or two of Himalayan salt and blend
