No matter what time of year–and especially during this pandemic, having a strong, resilient immune system is important to assist your body in its defense against viruses, infections and bacteria! Which is why our National Sales Director, Kathy has shared with us (and you!) a quick and easy recipe to help boost your immune system during these times:
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot
- Add a slice of lemon and a slice of orange
- Add a fresh twig of rosemary
- Boil for a few minutes
- Drain and add a teaspoon of honey.
- Can be served hot or cold
